Exoskeleton Product Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Warranty") applies to exoskeleton products (including E7 Urban Edition, E7 Wilderness Edition, etc.) purchased from official Tendex channels or authorized Tendex distributors. The products must be for personal use and not for resale.

Warranty Coverage

1. Tendex warrants that, during the warranty period, the materials and craftsmanship of the exoskeleton product you purchased are free from defects under normal use conditions.

2. This Warranty covers product malfunctions occurring during normal use that are not caused by human factors. Within the warranty period, Tendex will repair or replace exoskeleton components deemed defective free of charge.

3. This Warranty does not include normal wear and tear.

4. Exoskeleton consumable parts (referring to parts that naturally age and wear out during normal use) are not covered by this Warranty. Consumables include but are not limited to:

  • Leg straps
  • Waist straps (belts)

For exoskeleton consumable failures caused by manufacturing defects, Tendex may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement services. Tendex's decision shall be final and binding.

  5. Damages caused by compatibility or reliability issues arising from the use of third-party accessories, batteries, or other components not certified by Tendex.
  6. Improper damages caused by failure to operate in accordance with the official user manual, instructions, or warnings.

Warranty Service Application Process

Please submit a warranty application via email to support@Tendexmotion.com, attaching a description of the exoskeleton product malfunction, photos or videos, and a valid purchase certificate.

The Tendex customer service team will evaluate the application and contact you after receipt. If purchased from an authorized distributor, you may also contact the distributor directly.

If the application is approved, Tendex will arrange for the repair or replacement of defective components. If the defect is irreparable or the corresponding component is discontinued, Tendex will replace it with a similar component of equivalent value for exoskeleton or provide a corresponding refund.

Packaging requirements: If the exoskeleton product needs to be shipped, please use the original packaging or packaging with adequate protection. The sender shall be liable for damages incurred during transportation due to improper packaging. It is recommended to retain the original packaging of the exoskeleton product.

Key Term Explanations

  • Limited Warranty: Refers to warranty services provided only within specific scopes, periods, and conditions, not unconditional lifetime protection.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural performance degradation or appearance changes of the product over time during regular use, which are expected consumption and not quality defects.
  • Warranty Termination: A situation where the manufacturer's warranty liability is exempted due to the user's violation of usage terms (such as self-modification, abuse, etc.).
  • Authorized Service Providers/Distributors: Partners formally certified by Tendex with qualifications to provide sales or after-sales services.
